Inkwell? Nope!

Why is a raven like a writing desk?
Well, why is a pencil sharpener like an inkwell?

Just had a lot of fun shopping at the art store and got the Dux Glass Inkwell Pencil Sharpener and a Pilot disposable fountain pen. It's Inktober after all!

Got mine in Kirkland at An Artful Touch.

  1. A-ha! I did a double-take on Instagram when I saw the "ink bottle" and then read your caption!

    1. Heheh. I just couldn't resist such a pretty shiny thing, I haven't even used it yet! Now that I think of it, I could have included pencil shavings in the photo.

    1. Thanks, Kate.
The raven question has been pondered time after time. I believe entire philosophies have been built around it. From the Lewis Carroll classic, Alice In Wonderland. Carroll himself said "the riddle has no answer, unless it does. But it doesn't, however it might." the riddle is unsolved, except in China. They know everthing. It is often used to confuse or befuddle a friend.
