This is a bit of a sample of some things we covered in class today. How to adjust the composition, using a value study, following the value plan instead of a photo. Oh, and some tips on setting up a simple travel kit to use on the train, plane, road trip, etc.
Great group of viewers today, with good questions! I trust this will encourage you all to give watercolor sketching a try. :)

Missed another one. lol Life has been hectic here between trying to sketch and having an ill FIL to visit and help out. Time is not really my own right now. This looks like it would be fun to watch! Love the hyacinths below. They are such tiny flowers and you did such lovely detail on them.

I did finally get to view this. Great job! Since I am basically a plein air painter I'm out a lot painting. lol I'm glad there is a way to see them after you video them. Happy Easter!
