Whole rainbow trout pan fried to perfection, then topped with
spicy lime juice, rice powder, cilantro, onion, cherry tomatoes, lemongrass, and mint
leaves. This is my half...I sketched while my husband enjoyed his portion. They have many other recipes that we like, too.

You made it look so tasty...and I don't even like fish. How do you sketch when the food looks so delicious?

DeleteTip: Order another dish on the side to sample while sketching. Otherwise, there would be nothing but crumbs for me to draw! :D
