Multitasking the May 2019 Prompts

On this first day of the Every Day in May challenge, I realize my schedule for the coming days is going to be more than full. Aside from classes to teach today through Friday, we have our daughter, granddaughter and new great grandson coming to visit on Friday! As soon as family comes over, all other plans take a backseat!

With that in mind, I am going to try to get a little ahead on this year's commitment to sketching, drawing and painting on a daily basis. I'll do my best to go with the prompts, but daily sketching, no matter what the subject, is priority. So here goes:
“Some fruit, blueberries”—-“True Blue”

Many of these prompts overlap, so I can post to EDiM, Doodlewash and this weekend, to Moment sketchers. Check them all out and see which list appeals to you!

EDM Day 1

I have accepted the "Every Day in May" challenge to draw something each day from now to the end of the month. 31 drawings in 31 days. I will post them on my Flickr Photostream here.
This plastic bath toy floats on his back and flutters his feet when you wind him up. All our grandchildren have played in the bath with this little swimmer.

Inktober 2015

Whoa! Almost forgot! Today is Day 1 of Inktober 2015. I'm going for the marathon-a drawing a day for the entire month of October. I enjoyed this so much last year that I want to do it again.

What's Inktober, you ask?  Follow the link and scroll down for the very lenient rules and an illustrated list of ink pens for your drawings and sketches. Come on, it's going to be fun!
